Absolutely BBQ Jalapeno Poppers
Ingredients:
- 12 Whole Jalapenos
- 12oz Cream Cheese (block)
- 4-6oz Absolutely BBQ Sauce
- 12 strips bacon.
Directions:
- Add 4-6oz of Absolutely BBQ Sauce in a bowl with cream cheese and mix thoroughly.
- Slice jalapenos in half and deseed.
- Spread BBQ Cream cheese into the hollowed-out Jalapenos and then wrap with Bacon.
Grill:
- Place jalapenos on grill cut side down and grill just until bacon begins to crisp (about 6 minutes).
- Gently loosen bacon from the grill and flip jalapenos over.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and cook an additional 10-12 minutes or until bacon is cooked.
