BBQ Grilled Shrimp
Ingredients:
- Raw Shrimp
- Absolutely BBQ Sauce
- Onion
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- Add shrimp to the skewers and place onions (or your favorite vegetable) in between the shrimp.
- Combine the olive oil, salt, and pepper into a bowl and liberally brush the skewered shrimp.
- Heat the grill and lay the skewers down over the heat.
- After two minutes, flip the skewer over and brush the barbecue sauce onto the grilled side.
- Repeat this step every two minutes until the shrimp have been cooked thoroughly and the Absolutely BBQ Sauce has been liberally rubbed on all sides.
Side Note:
Absolutely BBQ sauce makes a great replacement for cocktail sauce. Next time you are serving that platter of cocktail shrimp, try using Absolutely Mildly Wild as your dipping sauce. It will not disappoint!
